松濟禪非技巧,乃回歸本源之路。三個階段並非截然分離,而是同一生命河流中的自然流淌——由外入內,由動歸靜,由氣化神。
SONJIZEN is not a technique, but a return to origin. The three stages are not separate—they flow as one river: from outer to inner, from movement to stillness, from qi to spirit.
透過站樁進入鬆靜之境,引發氣機自動運行,開啟自我調整與療癒之門。不導不控,純粹鬆放,讓身體智慧自發顯現。
Entering deep relaxation through standing, practitioners awaken spontaneous energy movement—without guidance or control.
鬆動止息後,氣機歸根,意守中宮,內煉之門自然開啟。精氣自發演化,形成「氣化丹、丹化神」的內在轉化。
After spontaneous movement ceases, qi returns inward. Inner alchemy begins: qi transforms into elixir, elixir into spirit.
丹成氣歸,神自潛藏,息微如無,身心雙忘,自然入定。不刻意求定,定自然而現。四禪八定,隨緣展開。
As elixir forms and qi returns, spirit turns inward. Breath fades, body-mind dissolves. Absorption arises uninvited.
